Dumbass of the day: Carlos Suarez
A Florida man tried to fend off cops sent to bust him for disorderly conduct by taking a wild swing -- with his manhood.
Cops were dispatched to an otherwise quiet street in Englewood to investigate reports of a man screaming at the top of his lungs in his underwear and waking the neighbors. When the crew arrived, they found Carlos Suarez doing just that -- and he got more agitated as they approached, screaming profanities while running in and out of his house.
Suarez eventually shed his tighty-whities and began "slinging his genitals" at the nearest officer, according to a police report. He was tasered and taken into custody on charges of indecent exposure.
