Samantha was stark naked when cops responded to a 911 call that her dude placed after she assaulted him in a dispute over whether or not they'd be doing the deed that evening. The 21-year-old reportedly attacked the victim, punching, kicking and biting him, tearing his shirt and leaving him covered in scratches.
That alone would have resulted in minor charges, but Hernandez didn't stop her rampage once cuffed; spitting in the face of an arresting officer netted her a felony charge as well.
